By registering an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise using any feature of the ids388 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Service and refrain from creating an account.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the ids388 Service. This age restriction is enforced in accordance with Indonesian regulatory standards and international best practices for responsible gaming. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. ids388 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
Any User found to be under the age of 21 at the time of registration will have their account permanently closed, and all deposits will be returned minus any winnings or bonuses claimed. ids388 employs automated age-verification checks and manual KYC review to prevent underage access.
The ids388 Service is specifically designed for users who are residents of Indonesia. You must provide a valid Indonesian address during registration. You represent and warrant that you are accessing the Service from within Indonesia or from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the ids388 platform. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. If ids388 detects multiple accounts linked to the same User (via shared personal information, payment methods, device fingerprints, or IP addresses), all accounts will be permanently closed, and any remaining balances may be forfeited.
ids388 supports a comprehensive range of local Indonesian payment methods, including bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga, as well as e-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Deposit page within your Account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
Most deposits are credited to your Account Balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. In rare cases, bank transfer deposits may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your Account. If a deposit does not appear within one hour, please contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawals are processed using the same method you used to deposit funds, whenever technically feasible. For example, if you deposited via BCA bank transfer, your withdrawal will be sent to your registered BCA account. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) follow the same principle. You must provide accurate bank account or e-wallet details during the withdrawal request process.
ids388 aims to process all withdrawal requests within three (3) minutes for verified accounts. However, first-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10.000.000 may require additional KYC verification, which can take up to 24 hours. Once approved, funds are transferred to your designated bank account or e-wallet immediately. Bank processing times (typically 1–3 business hours) are outside the control of ids388.
Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction: Rp 50.000.000. There is no limit on the number of withdrawals per day, but multiple large withdrawals within a short timeframe may trigger additional security review. ids388 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals in the same month may incur a processing fee of 1.5% of the withdrawal amount, capped at Rp 25.000.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the KYC verification process by submitting a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months). This is a one-time requirement and helps us comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
From time to time, ids388 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to Users. Each bonus is governed by specific terms and conditions, including eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, time limits, and game restrictions. These terms are published on the Promotions page and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "turnover" requirements). For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place wagers totaling ten times the bonus amount before the bonus funds and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, table games contribute 10–20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. Refer to the specific bonus terms for details.
Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, placing opposite bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting technical errors — is strictly prohibited. ids388 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or terminate Accounts engaged in bonus abuse.
All bets are accepted subject to these Terms & Conditions and the specific rules of the game or sporting event in question. ids388 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, particularly if the bet is deemed suspicious, violates a bonus term, or exceeds our risk tolerance for a particular market. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified by the User.
For sports betting — including football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF), basketball, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP, and e-sports — all bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the governing body of the sport (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, Liga Indonesia). In the event of a match postponement, abandonment, or venue change, specific settlement rules apply and are detailed on the Sportsbook Rules page.
ids388 offers live betting on selected sporting events. Live odds are updated in real time based on match developments. Due to the dynamic nature of live betting, there may be a brief delay (typically 3–7 seconds) between the time you place a bet and the time it is accepted by our system. If a significant event occurs during this delay (e.g., a goal is scored), ids388 reserves the right to reject the bet.
All casino games (slots, live dealer tables, video poker, specialty games) operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) algorithms or live dealers, ensuring fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published in the game information panel. ids388 does not manipulate game outcomes and undergoes regular third-party audits to verify game fairness.
Togel draws are conducted based on the official results from the respective lottery markets (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, Macau). ids388 does not operate or influence the draw outcomes. All togel bets are settled strictly according to the official published results. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all transactions, bets, and withdrawals made using your credentials.
ids388 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to add an additional layer of security. When 2FA is enabled, you will be required to enter a one-time verification code sent to your registered mobile number or email address each time you log in or request a withdrawal. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized Account access.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, or if you notice any unauthorized transactions, you must notify ids388 customer support immediately. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include freezing your Account balance, resetting your password, and requiring additional identity verification.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ids388 platform:
Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds (including deposits and winnings), and potential legal action.
ids388 strives to provide uninterrupted access to the Service at all times. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available 24/7 without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events (natural disasters, civil unrest, government restrictions) may result in temporary unavailability. ids388 is not liable for any losses arising from Service downtime.
In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or incorrect odds display, ids388 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. If a game outcome is determined to be incorrect due to a technical fault, the result may be corrected retroactively, and affected bets will be resettled. ids388 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from technical errors.
The ids388 platform may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., payment providers, game studios, sports data suppliers). ids388 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of these third-party sites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
Gambling involves risk, and ids388 makes no guarantee that you will win any wager or achieve any particular outcome. All betting and gaming activities are conducted at your own risk. You should only wager amounts that you can afford to lose. ids388 is not responsible for any financial loss, emotional distress, or other harm arising from your use of the Service.
You may request permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Once your Account is closed, you will no longer be able to access the Service, and your username will be permanently deactivated. Any remaining balance in your Account (excluding unredeemed bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method within 7 business days.
ids388 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if:
Upon termination, any remaining Account balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you, minus any amounts owed to ids388 for fees, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity. In cases of serious breach, ids388 reserves the right to withhold all funds pending investigation and to report the matter to relevant authorities.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ids388 holds its international gaming license. To the extent permitted by law, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising from this Agreement.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to your use of the ids388 Service, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within 30 days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction governing this Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against ids388.

Acknowledgment: By using the ids388 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
